- Warranty Coverage: All products sold or rented by Velara Care LLC include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Velara Care LLC will repair or replace, free of charge, Medicare-covered equipment that is under warranty, in compliance with applicable laws. Warranty details and an owner’s manual will be provided for durable medical equipment when available.
- Return Policy: Velara Care LLC accepts returns for substandard or damaged items at no charge. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery by calling 469-916-1566. Returned items must comply with the terms outlined in our warranty policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of items under warranty. Velara Care LLC is not liable for any damage beyond the terms of the warranty.
9. SMS/Text Communication Consent
