- Warranty Coverage: All products sold by Velara Care LLC include a three-year warranty unless explicitly noted otherwise. This warranty period begins when the order physically leaves our facility. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from user abuse or physical damage.
- Return Policy: Velara Care LLC accepts returns for substandard or damaged items at no charge. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by calling 469-916-1566. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that returned items comply with the terms outlined in our warranty policy.
8. Shipping Policy
- Shipping Costs: For new purchases, Velara Care LLC covers the shipping or delivery costs. If mailed, tracking information will be shared with the patient. If delivered in person, the patient will be contacted ahead of time to schedule delivery.
- Delivery: All shipments are EXW (Ex Works) from our facility at 3901 E Plano Parkway, STE A44, Plano, TX 75074. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
9. SMS/Text Communication Consent
By providing your phone number and opting into SMS/text messages, you consent to receive messages from Velara Care LLC regarding orders, promotions, and updates. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message. We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
